Users are enabled the use of the DropFunnels platform on a monthly payment basis. We allow a 30-day money-back policy on your first payment. Subsequent payments are refundable up to 72 hours after automatic rebill. After the 72 hours rebills, payments are no longer refundable. Only the most recent single payment is subject to the refund policy.
After the refund, an account will be canceled and all sites and data are permanently deleted from the system and cannot be recovered for any reason.
Users may update their payment method by logging into their site and visiting the Account tab on the left menu.
