Below is a snippet that specifically refers to our Refund Policy

6.2 Refunds. Customer may receive a prorated refund on software-only plans (such as the Starter Plan), on any remaining time in the billing period, minus a 5% credit card processing fee. Only the most recent single payment is subject to this refund policy. Payments prior to the most recent monthly billing are non-refundable. After processing your refund, your account will be cancelled, all sites and data permanently deleted from the system without the possibility of recovery. Done for You Services, website and funnel builds, Coaching, Partner Plans, marketplace templates and event packages are not refundable and all sales are final, but payments may be applied to approved similar programs or events. Such packages are not transferable.
