How to troubleshoot Paragraph Module
This article will help you to troubleshoot paragraphs of text not formatting correctly within the WYSIWYG editor.
1.) Check the Text Tab
From within the WYSIWYG check the Text tab (next to visual) and inspect the contents.
You may see a lot of <div> or <span> tags, which normally happens when you've copied and pasted from an existing website or imported in from Click Funnels and they make the text extremely hard (and annonying!) to edit correctly.
2.) Go back to Visual, copy the text and paste it into NotePad or TextEdit
Click the Visual button (next to text) and then highlight all of the text, and copy it into NotePad/TextEdit. This will remove any Div's or Span's and provide you with pure spaced and returned text.
3.) Delete the existing text within the WYSIWYG editor, copy the text from NotePad/TextEdit, and format
As you've now got your text inside NotePad/TextEdit you can now delete it from the Visual tab of the WYSIWYG editor. This will clear all tags.
Highlight all the text within your text editor and copy it, then paste it into the WYSIWYG editor.
Unfortunately, formatting will need to be redone, however, you'll no longer have the headache of trying to correctly space the DIV / SPAN-based text.
