How to Merge all courses into one to have a single login

By default, each course has unique login credentials. So if you have 5 courses and a member purchases them all that member will receive 5 login credentials when they purchase those 5 courses.
In most cases, this will confuse your members and you might wonder if they could get one login credential for all their courses. Yes, this is possible. In this article, you will learn how to manage all your courses in one single course.

Here’s a step-by-step Process:

Step 1: Determine the courses you wanted to merge.

Note: If there are no existing courses you can proceed with Step 2.

Step 2: Create a new course here's a guide on How to create a Product.

Please check this guide on how to create a Product.

Step 3: Create a Unit and name it after your existing courses.

How to add Units

Note: When creating a new unit, it gives you an option to select the modules under the uncategorized or drag and drop the modules to the Unit once created.

How To reorder Modules

Step 4: Clone modules from your existing course to their respective unit.

Please see this guide on how to clone your module.

Step 5: Empty the access level on the course settings you have cloned.

This can be seen under the module settings> Access level> Click the x button next to the Product added inside the access level. Check this article Course Access Level.

How to Remove access level

Step 6: Assign access level to each module you have cloned.

You can refer to 5. on the steps to assign/add the Access Module.

Note: Product should be added inside the course module, in order to give access to that specific module where the Product is being added. Product is Equal to Access level.

And that’s it, you’re done. The member will have one login credentials to access multiple courses into a single course. Once they have purchased the Products assign to the access level you have inside the course.
