Domain Transfers
Domain transfers, also referred to as connecting, pointing, or redirecting, enables you to seamlessly redirect your domain's visitors to DropFunnels. However, sometimes domain transfer fails because DNS records are incorrect below are some examples of error messages that you'll encounter if the DNS records are incorrect.
Managing Domain Transfers

In case the Domain transfer fails, you have an option to Reset or Cancel the domain transfer.
If the domain transfer fails the first thing that you need to do is check if all the steps in "How To Connect Your Custom Domain To Your DropFunnels Account" are followed.
Clicking "Reset" means DropFunnels your DNS host will retry point your domain name to DropFunnels.
If you believe that all the DNS records and settings in the DNS host are correct you can "Reset" the domain transfer as shown in the figure below.
The "Cancel" option will allow you to cancel the domain transfer.
How to reset to White Label's subdomain
If your client wants to disconnect their domain to the White Label subdomain, they can go to Reset Domains > Reset to DF Subdomain
