Submit a Ticket

Welcome to the Support Ticket Center!

Please read and follow these guidelines prior to submitting a ticket. This sequence has been proven to get you solutions, very fast.

1. Don't panic. All problems can be solved. 😉 Most answers can be very quickly found in the articles on this Knowledge Base.

2. Clear your cache (see THIS article on adding a cache clearing extension for chrome to help solve most design issues)

3. In many cases, an issue can be related to a user error (like an unsaved page, or toggling the incorrect settings). Please test the issue in question a few times. Often it self-resolves.

4. Submit your ticket with links, screenshots, or even a Loom video that fully describes the issue. The more information, the better. Please also include your domain and account email.

Tickets are often responded within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.

Maximum size: 1MB.
Allowed file types: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .pdf, .txt, .csv, .xls, .xlsx, .doc, .docx.
