Setup Drip Content for Memberships

Drip content is meant to be released over a set period of time, configured by the content owner. This article will explain exactly what you need to do to release your membership/course content over time.

You must first ensure you have all the components in place for your membership. Read this article if you need further instructions. In the steps below, it is assumed you have your membership area setup with modules and lessons.

Basic Memberships

Step 1: Navigate to Marketing > Memberships inside your DropFunnels dashboard.

Step 2: Expand your membership modules by clicking on the down arrow in the far right.

Step 3: Click on the gear icon, then Drip Content to set the release time.

NOTE: Leaving the input field blank will release the content upon purchase of the membership product.

Step 4: Input your desired release time and click the Update button.

Repeat Steps 1-4 for each module that you want to drip content for.

Advanced Memberships

Step 1: Navigate to Marketing > Memberships inside your DropFunnels dashboard.

Step 2: Expand your courses by clicking on the down arrow in the far right, then again in the course.

Step 3: Click on the Drip Content tab.

Step 4: Input your desired release time and click the Update button.

NOTE: Leaving the input field blank will release the content upon purchase of the membership product.

Advanced memberships provide you the ability to have a course index page with all of your courses listed. If a visitor to your page were to click on a course that has not been released yet, they’ll be taken to a “blocked access” page. This can be a page that you design and can be anything you want. By default, you get a basic page that looks like the screenshot below.

Step 5: To design your Access Blocked Page, navigate to the Default Pages tab in your membership. Simply click the pencil edit icon to design the page.

Repeat Steps 1-4 for each course that you want to drip content for.
